Building a brand from the inside out. I led the visual strategy for Bedrock's employer identity, ensuring our internal culture was as compelling as our external marketing.

This required a dual-lens approach: defining strict visual guidelines to maintain brand consistency at scale, while simultaneously capturing the authentic, unscripted energy of our team members.

From the architecture of the office itself to the digital recruitment journey, I ensured every touchpoint reinforced the narrative of Bedrock as a destination for creative talent.
