Building a brand from the inside out. I led the visual strategy for Bedrock's employer identity, ensuring our internal culture was as compelling as our external marketing.
This required a dual-lens approach: defining strict visual guidelines to maintain brand consistency at scale, while simultaneously capturing the authentic, unscripted energy of our team members.
